Villa Ocean's 5 is located on the hillside above Flamand bay, one of the most sought after areas in St Barth. This luxury rental home is convenient to town and as well as the beautiful white sand beach. The villa boasts spacious and airy indoor with 4 bedrooms and a comfortable gathering outdoor living space with a heated pool, sunbeams, a gas barbecue and a large dining table . This is where memories will be made! The space Description : - Master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing room, private terrace with sunbeams. - Bedroom 2 can be twin bed or king size bed , can connect to the master. Ensuite bathroom, dressing room. - Bedroom 3 with king size bed, ensuite bathroom and dressing room. - Bedroom 4 with queen size bed, bathroom and outside shower in a private garden. Each bedrooms have got air conditioning, a fan and a TV. Bathrooms have all white towels and a hairdryer. The kitchen has got everything you need, with induction hobs, oven, microwave, 2 fridges ( a top fridge and an American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser) and a dishwasher. There is a gas BBQ in the back garden. Also filter coffee machine, nespresso machine, a kettle, a blender/slicer and a toaster is available for you to use. There is a table bar if you'd prefer to have your breakfast or diner inside. In the lounge area you can enjoy to watch the dish channels on a big tv screen. Sonos is available to use through out the whole villa, if you download the app you can listen to the music and your playlist inside and outside. The pool is heated in winter (Nov-March), and beach towels are provided. For children the swimming pool will be secure with an alarm, it would be your choice to switch of the security system. ( we can add an extra fence around the swimming pool) Our manager will be there to show you around the house. In St barth you need to preserve water so we would like to ask you to do be careful. Other things to note Linen and towels are provided and your bed will be ready prepared for you upon your arrival.
