There's a futon couch that folds out into a queen bed. There's a full size air mattress if you prefer. Has a full size fridge/stove/oven/microwave/sink Must rent at least one month/28 days Move in costs are as follows: First month + last month must be paid in full up front + Security deposit $600* + Cleaning fee $150 + $20 per day per extra person *Balance of security deposit less utilities will be returned after your stay pending no damage. ----This is a smoke free condo home/property.
