Located in Barrio Escalante, ideal for someone who is willing to explore San Jose and local culture. My place is close to art and historical museums, shopping centers, and just a few metres away from one of CRs top going out areas, where you find wide variety of bars and restaurants. Inside the house it's very tranquil and the patio is great. On saturdays we have the green market 200 mts away. A short walk will get you anywhere you want to go. Public transportation is easily and accessible. The space There's an excellent view over the mountains and volcanoes to the north of the city from where you will be staying. It is fresh with large windows and really spacious. 3 people fit in nicely. There are large closets to store your belongings. Bathroom is nice and confortable with a big shower, hot water comes from solar energy. The room has a cable TV. Guest access The house is wide and spacious, there are 2 common living rooms, The TV room is right next to where you'll stay. Kitchen and the main living room are on one same area. There is also a terrace on the main floor which is my favorite place to be, you can breakfast there, have a grill or just relax in the sun. Laundry room is also on the main floor. During your stay Make yourself at home in a large room with king bed and private bathroom. An extra individual bed can be brought in if needed. My guests may enjoy use of the terrace, yard, TV room and kitchen. Other things to note The house and it's surroundings are very secure.
