This property is a 2-story penthouse in the La Mancha building, overlooking the city and the mountains. You remember Don Quijote from The Man of La Mancha, don’t you? So we simply call it Top of La Mancha. Guest access Guests have full access to: • The entire apartment and its private balcony with ocean views. • A 25-meter freshwater pool and a children’s splash area. • The building’s basketball court. • Direct access to Isla Verde Beach. • Underground secure parking for one car. • Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM. • Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Additional Note: Taxi from the airport to the property costs approximately $20. Other things to note • The apartment has 2 levels. The 2nd level can be reached via the circular stairs. • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. Are you under 25? Ask, you may qualify for a waiver. • We need to know our guests.
