The space New build completed July of 2019. This is a studio guest suite located on the second floor of our home. You have a private entrance through our main floor garage. The entrance stairs are shared with other guests who may occupy an additional second floor guest suite, similar to the shared access of an apartment building. Other things to note There is another rental space across the hall on the same floor. Windows are large and low. We recommend keeping them closed if you have small children. Very friendly GSP is part of our family and lives on the property. She may bark occasionally but she loves people! Her name is Scout.
