Idyllic holiday house is just 10 minutes from the airport in a beautiful location on the south of the island close to Miami beach. It is the perfect retreat for a self-catering holiday. The villa is in a pretty tree lined, secluded but secure gated community of just 22 houses. It can accommodate six people in three bedrooms. The house is comfortably furnished. The patio is tastefully furnished with comfortable all weather garden furniture (see pictures). It seats 6 people with a table for al fresco dining next to the private garden and plunge pool. The spacious open planned lounge/kitchen boasts high quality upholstered furniture to seat everybody comfortably. The master bedroom is huge with a super king sized bed, dressing room and an ensuite bathroom which has been upgraded recently. Bedroom two is a good size with twin beds that can be pushed together for a couple; this has an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom three is downstairs, it has a double bed. The bathroom is next door to this bedroom. All parts Our agents Allison and Sarah will meet and greet at the house on our behalf. They will arrange for a grocery pack if required. The secure, gated community with its pretty avenue of tropical plants and shrubs offers each house seclusion and privacy. We are close to the number 11 minibus which goes up and down the coast to the popular beaches and restaurants along the south coast. . There is a safe in the house. Freights Bay which is excellent for surfing and paddle boarding is a two minute walk. The beautiful Miami beach is a 10 minute walk.
