Welcome to the best location in Bucerias. Our property is less than a 5 minute flat walk to anything you want to do in Bucerias. Once you walk out of our gated area there is a concrete path leading to the zocalo, the beach or all of the shopping and dining you desire. The property has a beautiful roomy house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also there is a small apartment building with 6 apartments on the same property. Apartments will be available to you based on the number of guests. The space On the front of the lot is the beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath house. We recently built a small apartment building on the back side of the property. Depending on the size of your group we will open up additional apartments to facilitate your guests. Everyone in your group will have access to the beautiful garden and pool area, the poolside bbq area, the rooftop terrace with ocean view and a second bbq on the roof. The entire property will be solely for the use of you and your guests. The rooftop terrace has plenty of room for sunset dining, yoga and and enjoying the sun. For occupancy of 12 or 13 guests you will have access to the house and the two-bedroom apartment. For 14 or 15 guests you will have access to the house, two bedroom apartment and studio apartment. For 16 guests you will have access the house, two-bedroom apartment, studio apartment and a one-bedroom apartment. While we have room for more guests, due to the pandemic, Airbnb does not currently allow bookings with more than 16 guests. The house and the two bedroom apartment both have fully functional kitchens available for your group. The studio apartment and one-bedroom apartment's kitchens will not be functional with this reservation. They will have a coffee pot and coffee cups as well as drinking water.
