The space The Mini-apart is perfect for a single person or a couple that want to enjoy a modern and well-organized space. The Mini-apart also has a small internal patio (shared) that allows enjoying a place outside the apartment. In the Mini-apart you will find a Queen Size super-orthopedic bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, mixer, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, a complete set of utensils, etc.), 1 couch, table, wi-fi, Led-tv , heating system, hair dryer and set of towels. Laundry service available (see Services section). And -of course- we will be waiting for you here the day of your arrival. To understand the quality of the place, we recommend looking at the photos ... here we can complete a few points: HEATING: it is a very important point because in Cusco the cold can be strong. The apartment has an efficient heating system that allows to have an ideal temperature. WATER: this is another very sensitive point in Cusco because the distribution of water in the city is intermittent: the property has a water storage system (and pressure control), so always has water in the apartment and with due pressure. WI-FI: available and included in the rate CLEANING: we deliver the apartment cleaned. If you stay more days and want to have an extra cleaning of the apartment, just ask and schedule the extra cleaning with the person in charge. Extra cleaning costs US $ 15.00 and includes the change of sheets and towels. KITCHEN: the kitchen is complete with everything: 4-burner stove for cooking, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster and a set of pots and utensils that allow you to cook whatever you want. AND... sheets and towels are part of the normal equipment of the apartment. Since the apartment has already a heating system working (included in the rate), the wood for the fireplace is charged as an extra service. It is possible to add up to 02 extra beds (not included in the rate). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TRANSFERS: if you like to have a driver waiting for you at the airport to reach immediately our apartment we have trusted drivers that know our place (service not included in the rate). LAUNDRY: a laundry service with pickup and delivery in your apartment is also available (service not included in the rate) TRAVEL AGENCY: If you require any assistance in putting together a personalized itinerary please do not hesitate to contact us. We manage a specialized travel agency exclusively for our guests and provide a service that complements our apartments. It would be our pleasure to address any questions you may have. Our service is also available for the purchase of train & bus tickets. GENERAL INFORMATION Location: we are located in Atoqsaycuchi street, number 665, in the colonial quarter of San Blas, Cusco. We are only 3 block away from the main plaza of Cusco (Plaza de Armas). Check-in & check-out, arrival to the property: check-in time: 1:00 pm check-out time: 10:30 am We will wait for you in the suite upon your arrival to show you the place, give the information and the keys (apartment and main door of the property). The day before your departure we will open the contact to be in the place the next day when you are ready to leave. Smoking: it is not allowed to smoke in the building, apartments and Garden Suite. Grocery & food: grocery stores are available very close to our address. They are usually open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week. Other things to note If more than one guest makes a reservation, we will charge $25.00 per night for each unregistered guest.
