The space The house is an old Florida beach home built in the 60s. I have renovated where necessary but have tried to keep as much as the old beach home vibe as I can. The space is a cozy 2/2 with private entrance & plenty of parking. Extremely comfortable leather couch and recliner chair with a massive TV! The sunroom has a washer and dryer that is available for use. The front yard can be gated completely (very helpful for dog owners). Guest access The guests have access to everything in the house. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and can fit 2 vehicles on the street. Other things to note There is a lawn service that is performed every Monday. There may be noise between 9 am - 2 pm on Mondays.
