We have decided to share it with people who appreciate being in an setting surrounded by centuries-old trees, beautiful gardens and views of the Central Valley. Ideal for sharing with family or friends surrounded by a vibrant nature. Perfect for adventurers or nature lovers who want to disconnect from the city. The space The house was designed to enjoy nature; its details express the love and care for it. Due to its location that exceeds 2300 meters we have a temperature that ranges between 13 and 18 ºC, making it the prelude to the natural reserve that houses the Barva Volcano Lagoon. The social area is large, open and cozy. The fireplace is its central axis, with windows to the terrace, which overlooks the forest. It has a covered area with a Bbq and a dining area. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, as is the main dining room. Downstairs are three bedrooms, all three with electric blankets. The main one called María Bonita has a queen bed and a bathroom full of details, with direct access to the terrace, and a view of the forest and the Central Valley. The other two, called El Roble and El Jardín, keep being thoughtfully decorated rooms to offer an unforgettable experience. Both share a bathroom in the middle. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom in a semi-open space with two cypress wood cabins in the area. A TV room with cable signal and a full bath. A person who lives on the property will receive them and help them orient themselves, as well as light the fireplace. The house has an intercom located in the main room, which connects with the person who takes care of the property, which speaks only Spanish. Guest access The property is spacious and within it there is a small waterfall of crystal clear waters, a forest of centuries-old oaks and exquisite gardens for walking. Other things to note A 4x4 or high type vehicle is recommended to access the property, but any type of vehicle can be uploaded. For the altitude of the area, the temperature usually drops enough to need a good coat, scarf, and closed shoes.
