This is a modern apartment that was recently refurbished and has a double bedroom, bathroom, living room, and fully equipped kitchen, and is ideal for couples, friends, or business travellers. The space The apartment is 50 m2 (538 ft) and is housed on the 4th floor of the building with an amazing view of the city. The building has 2 elevators and a 24/7 doorman in the entrance. The entire place is air-conditioned with high speed internet WIFI, and is suitable for a couple or 2 friends that prefer separate beds (you will have one bed in the bedroom and one in the sofa bed in the living room), with the possibility of placing a cradle in the room. Also, a hair dryer, bed linen, soap and towels are supplied. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, double windows to eliminate any external noise, blackout curtains and an integrated safe. The living room is furnished with a 49” Smart TV, a comfy sofa bed, a desktop computer, and a dining table (bar table). The living room is open to the balcony so you may enjoy the view of the city from the comfort of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, a nespresso, water boiler, sandwich maker (you can use it as toaster as well), blender, cookware, and silverware. Also, the kitchen area includes an iron, ironing board, dryer and washing machine.
