The property is nestled into a side of the hill, perched above everything on a hill overlooking the Nosara surf of Guiones, w/jaw dropping 180 degree ocean views & mesmerizing vistas of the jungle below. The space This home has huge ocean views from every room! It has recently been fully remodeled and interior designed with all new custom furniture including two beautiful kitchens and two living spaces. Both have a sectional sofa for up to 8 people. There is a 75 inch flat screen tv and a full Sonos remote controlled surround sound system with 10 separately controlled speakers throughout the downstairs living area and master bedroom. Accompanying this is a Roku device that is loaded with most of the streaming applications for your enjoyment. But if you are like us, we just display surf/tropical images and listen to eclectic music throughout the house. If necessary, there are many areas around the house that are ideal for the ultimate place to work remotely but if the conventional set up is needed there is a desk and wireless printer. The meticulously landscaped grounds have been designed for privacy and seclusion. The fully fenced in property is protected with a remote controlled security gate with a 10ft stone wall, combination safe, reinforced lockable pantry and is surrounded by 6 surveillance cameras looking outward towards the perimeter. The master suite, separated from the rest of the rooms, has a king bed with an all glass wall that displays an epic ocean view with direct access to the pool and deck. The attached on suite bathroom also boasts an ocean view from the large walk in shower. Two additional bedrooms also have huge ocean views and king beds. The fourth ocean view bedroom has three single bunk beds and a queen size bed as well as a 50 inch tv and Xbox. You will wake up to the sound of the sea/nature and can check the surf from every room. All King size beds have luxury pillow top memory foam mattress toppers, soft fluffy pillows and linen covers. They are super lush and comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms are serviced by two full bathrooms and a half bath. All bathrooms are newly remodeled with imported tile and nickel plated plumbing fixtures Downstairs the main living room has a 30ft wide, open concept glass doors that lead to a gigantic covered veranda and an outdoor living room. This overlooks a deep mediterranean blue, infinity pool, large enough to swim laps or just float. Every room overlooks a magnificent vista of the entire bay with a view of the surf and beach tide pools. Beyond the pool is the rest of the hillside property that extends 200 ft into a pristine jungle with fruit bearing trees such as avocado, mango, papaya, bananas, starfruit, jackfruit, and many other exotic species. Another rarity is that our grounds are surrounded by a manicured grass lawn. On the hardwood encased veranda you will find custom imported teak/sunbrella furniture that will easily seat 10 people. Next to that, under this immense covered veranda we have a competition ping pong table, a gas fire pit and and a fully set up outdoor all hardwood kitchen with a built in gas barbecue with a cook counter/sink, bar and refrigerator. The deck also includes four teak and textile bar stools, three high end teak lounge chairs also finished in matching sunbrella fabric and funky solid wood side tables. To finish things off, the landscaping has been cultivated to give all day protection from the sun without blocking the view. This helps the house to stay naturally cool. The indoor kitchen has an open concept gourmet layout with a gorgeous new granite center island and cooking counter with a double stainless sink and mahogany and textile bar stools. For cooking there is a brand new double stainless refrigerator with ice maker, stainless oven, microwave, dishwasher and high tech stove. Included is a huge assortment of hand made dishes, gourmet cooking tools, kitchen-aid mixer, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, pots pans etc. This kitchen faces an oversized custom three inch thick, single guanacaste tree trunk, family dining table that was struck by lightening before it was harvested. Take in all your meals while overlooking that amazing ocean view. Open the large 30ft glass doors and enjoy true indoor/outdoor living with two living spaces and two kitchens. This incredible all encompassing view of the entire bay is truly one of, if not the very best, most romantic you can find in Nosara. Don't be fooled by trick photography or deceptive locations outside of Guiones/Nosara/ Surf Beach. This is it. The birds eye vista allows for the ocean breeze to flow thru the well ventilated house and keeps it cool year round. For additional comfort, every bedroom has it's own air-conditioned remote controlled system, however this is never needed during the day. In addition, every room including the veranda also have ceiling fans to enhance the natural ventilation and airflow. There is both a gardener and house cleaning service included three and two times a week. Once a week, we have pool service and the house comes with in person tech support for the television and internet. On top of this we also have our own fully articulating SurfCam that towers over the house with zoom capabilities. You can literally watch your friends in the water from the comfort of one of the living rooms. If you don't feel like cooking there is a Conde Nast voted "Top Boutique Hotel in the World" right down the street. Take an easy stroll for pampered meals and cocktails. If there are any issues, beyond ourselves there is a property manager available for help or guidance. Included with the house are two separate WIFI providers. One is cable and the other is Fiber optic. There is an automated switcher that will kick in if one of the providers goes down to ensure against loss of signal. Plus we have installed commercial grade routers inside upstairs and down, plus outside of the home. The fully stocked laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink and vacuum. Lastly there is a large tropical themed outdoor shower to wash off the sand and freshen up. This home is our "happy place". You can enjoy the beach, incredible restaurants, shopping and all the yoga and other fitness programs this town offers and then sneak away to your own private Shangri La. Get away from the crowds and relax. Other things to note What ever you decide, make sure you stay in Playa Guiones. This is the center of everything you have read about. Don't be fooled by places that are on the outskirts, like Garza, Peleda, Guiones Ridge, Ostional, or even the town center of Nosara itself which is actually inland. Our property is in Las Huacas, which is the Beverly Hills of Playa Guiones and overlooks the tranquil beach that this area is famous for. Check out the views. This is the real deal. No long lens compression shots that make things look closer than they really are. Another insight is that repeat visitors to Playa Guiones/Nosara begin to realize that being down in the jungle near the water is nice but not spectacular. After leaving the beach, do you want to be stuck in an enclosed compound staring at the walls? Its busy, noisy, and hot with mosquitos. Besides that, because of the environmental protection zone, with all beachside homes you have to walk anyway. With us, you just throw what you need into your mode of transport and drive right up to the sand. Ultimately way better than being down in the Jungle wetlands near the sea. Up on the hill there is a constant breeze, the sound of the sea and a 180 degree ocean view that is mesmerizing. The 5 minute ride down to beach on paved/dirt road is part of the adventure. You can travel via quad, golf cart, tuktuk driver or your own rental car. All available in town and a phone call away. We recommend quads with surf racks. This property has one of the very best views in the Nosara if not the best, and is tucked away, above all the bustle of a popular and noisy tourist destination. The covered veranda and cultivated trees allow for shade all day long, yet sun where you want it. With the ocean breeze and shade, the house is naturally cooled all day long. You can have the fun of the beach, enjoy all kinds of tropical activities as well as experience the laid back cool night life and then escape back to your private sanctuary to be serenaded by parrots, exotic birds, coati's or howler moneys as you lay on your private deck or pool, taking in the vista or the stars, relaxing and letting this amazing life envelope you in happiness.
