The apartment is located in the Landhaus Ostseeblick and has a floor space of 40sqm about a cozy living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The natural beach of Kägsdorf is 800m from the object and within walking distance or easily accessible by bike or car. The numerous shops and cultural attractions in the neighboring Baltic Sea Kühlungsborn can be reached by car in 5 minutes. A paradise for cyclists is the Kägsdorf and the surrounding seaside resorts connecting extensive cycle path network. The fairytale coastal landscape and sea air make every bike ride a special experience. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet access (free). From the hallway you get into a cozy living / dining area with seating area, small kitchenette and dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with sink, kettle, coffee maker, 2-plate stove, fridge and crockery. A couch with coffee table and a comfortable armchair with stool invite you to linger. A flat-screen TV with remote control is included. The bedroom has a double bed (LxW: 200x180cm) and wardrobe and storage space. If necessary, the room can be almost completely darkened by means of a window blind. Bed linen is available. The tiled daylight bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
