The space The Mas de la Mirandière, built on high vaulted cellars, overlooks the south of a southern Ardeche landscape (vines, pines, hamlets), with the first foothills of the Cevennes as background and, further still, Mont Lozère. From the courtyard, a first large outdoor stone staircase leads to a vast terrace, partly sheltered for meals, and partly in the shade under a large veil. Inside the building, white walls and cement tiles, antique furniture, sober and neat decoration. On the 1st level, a spacious and bright living room with wood stove, a new equipped independent kitchen, a first large air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds. An indoor stone staircase takes you to a 2nd level that distributes 3 bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a crib, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower and a bath, two bathrooms with Italian showers. Finally, a final staircase gives you access to the last level where an additional double room is located. Downstairs from the courtyard, a vast garden of nearly one hectare, bordering a natural area, with stone walls and slabs, small woods, meadows, and, on one of the terraces, a long swimming pool heated to 27 °, with electric shutter, a large wooden beach with solar shower, in an intimate space of vegetation. The entire property ensures you tranquility, character and comfort, in nature, but without being isolated. Nearby, beautiful nature excursions or character villages, river swimming and good restaurants and a little further, the Ardèche gorges and the Chauvet cave. The house is offered to you without linens but you have the option to rent it. Provide an end-of-stay cleaning fee in your fee (€250).
