You'll love it because it is truly in the heart of Montclair. When you step outside my home, you'll be surrounded by all the restaurants and boutiques. It's located in the center of town. My place is conveniently close to Church St, Welmont Theatre, Pasta Ramen, Sweet Green , Anthropologie, and many other attractions. The space My place is ideal for solo adventurers, couples, and business travelers seeking a tranquil and convenient stay in the heart of the city. This Airbnb is perfect for those who desire a peaceful and relaxing environment. Unlike communal Airbnbs, you will NOT be sharing the space with other guests. It will be just you and the host. Throughout the week, guests will have the entire place to themselves while I am at work. The guest room is strategically located away from the common areas of the home to provide additional privacy. Guests and hosts stay on separate floors with the same entrance. Please note that short-term guests will only be able to access their bedroom and private bathroom. Other parts of the house that are photographed will be restricted, except for long-term guests with the host's approval. Everything you need is located in the bedroom, such as a mini fridge, microwave, teakettle, dishes, and utensils, for the guests' convenience. For short-term guests, please rate the bedroom and bathroom for cleanliness. A foster puppy now lives at this listing. She will not roam free during guest stays and will primarily be located upstairs on a separate floor or by the host's side during other times. She is very friendly with people and guests checking in with other dogs. Since I am unsure of other dogs' temperament, I will keep her separated during check-in or during the stay. The bedroom features a luxurious and comfortable king-size bed, a Sony 4kTV with Netflix (no cable or local channels), a spacious desk, a cozy lounging chair, a microwave, a fridge, and a storage cabinet with dishes and utensils. There is plenty of room for guests to store non-perishable snacks and groceries. In addition, long-term guests (two weeks or more) will have access to the kitchen if needed. However, stove usage is not included, except for long-term guests who have received approval from the host. For guests' convenience, there is a private small fridge and microwave in the bedroom. The living room is excluded. Fresh towels and linens will be provided for guests' convenience. Please limit one towel per guest for short term stays. For long-term stays exceeding two weeks, an optional cleaning fee of $35 per week is available. If long-term guests prefer not to opt for professional deep cleaning, they are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their room and bathroom. This includes regular dusting, keeping the bedroom floors and bathroom clean, as well as properly maintaining dishes and disposing of garbage. This is a smoke and vape free home, smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including outside the property. For any smoking violations in or around the home, there will be a $400 fee. Please turn off all lights and (air conditioner during summer) when leaving for one hour or more. Parking - For guests arriving by car, there is free street parking available during the day. However, overnight parking (2AM-5AM ) requires a permit, which can be obtained for $5 per night or if using the parking garage it’s $7 per 12 hours, or $10 for 24 hours in the nearby parking deck. Both the parking deck and permit parking are located next door. The parking garage is enclosed , while permit parking is in an open outdoor lot. Long term guest can purchase monthly permits for $40. Monthly permits are only applied to the months they are purchased. Still the same price if purchased with only ten days left in the month or purchases on the 1st of the month. Check-in time - If you have an idea of your check-in time, please indicate it when making your booking. For advance bookings, guests can provide this information closer to the date or 12 hours before check in. If guests don’t indicate their check in time. I will schedule it according to the cleaners availability. Request for early check-in and late check-out: Guests requesting early check-in two hours or more before the 3PM check-in time will be charged an additional $10 per hour. Requests for an hour earlier check-in at 2PM will be free based on availability. Late check-out requests will be charged $10 per hour after 12PM based on availability. Bag storage is available for free. Communication - Guests are required to respond promptly to any questions or requests for details from the host regarding their reservation. This includes providing an estimated check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. For same-day bookings, questions should be answered prior to check-in. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in the host denying your reservation, and refunds will be subject to the host's discretion. Therefore, please ensure that you provide a reachable contact number and respond to messages promptly. Visitors - If you plan to have visitors who are not listed on the reservation, please inform me in advance before they enter the house. I prefer to meet all guests before they check in.
