The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. From here a door leads to the enclosed Solana (conservatory) which gives the option of inside dining for cooler evenings. There is also a utility area with a washing machine. The master bedroom provides a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and ample wardrobe space. French doors lead out onto a second, casual seating area. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and large wardrobes. In addition there is a family bathroom with walk in shower. The Villa has beautiful marble flooring and surfaces throughout.
