Plus, there’s parking for two cars. Accommodation: A flight of stairs leads down from the parking space to the entrance and a parquet-floor hallway with plenty of space for coats and boots. A dual-aspect lounge offers fantastic views over the river towards the quayside. With comfortable sofas, a 43" smart TV and a DVD player make this is a great spot to unwind. A sun trap conservatory again has more panoramic views of the river and has access out onto the elevated patio with a table and chairs. The dining room with a parquet floor offers more dual-aspect views and seating for six. The ground-floor kitchen has an electric hob, an eye-level double oven with a grill, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. A utility room houses the fridge-freezer, washing machine and a cloakroom/WC with plenty of room to rinse wetsuits and wet weather gear. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and river views, as well as an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower (there are two steps down into the shower). The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds and dual-aspect windows with more of those fabulous river views. The third bedroom features a double bed and plenty of storage space. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with a bath and overhead shower, as well as a separate WC. A 'z-bed' is available for an extra child. There's electric heating throughout. Outside: The one-acre garden at the rear of the property is beautifully landscaped and stretches to the riverbank. Beautiful lawns and mature flowerbeds are well-kept year-round. Parking: At the front of the house, there is off-road parking for one car and plenty of on-road parking. Nearby: Both of the village pubs are an equal walk away. The Red Lion is a 10-minute walk down Riverside Road, The Red Lion also hosts the village shop and post office. A 10 minute walk across The Ham will take you to The Quay where you will find the Ferry Boat Inn and The Anchorstone Café as well as ferries to the National Trust's Greenway house and gardens, and also to Dartmouth. Availability: During peak season (May, June, July, and August) we need to keep to Friday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, please do contact us with any requests you may have, and we will accommodate them if at all possible. Outside the peak season, we can be more flexible and don't need to keep to a Friday changeover.
