The space The apartment has a complete double bedroom, a living room kitchen with a one and a half square sofa bed,all rooms are equipped with a TV, smart TV, WIFI, air conditioning ,iron and ironing board, hairdryer ,lockbox, washing machine . Guest access They can make use of the entire apartment and use the balcony overlooking the rooms from which you can see on the clearest days in the distance our sea Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor, reachable by two easy stair ramps. Recommended for couples and solo travelers,pets are not allowed , smoking and lighting their own stove must be delivered. Upon arrival, valid identity documents must be delivered necessary for the registrations provided by current legislation Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the penal code and authorizes us to ask for the immediate abandonment of the house. It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests other than those staying there We invite guests to always close doors and windows,turn off the lights and air conditioners whenever they leave the room and carry out the recycling according to local rules We disclaim any liability for the theft or damage of objects of your property left in the bedrooms,bathrooms and common areas and for any damage to people or property to and from third parties .
