Bedroom is upstairs, bathroom downstairs. No luxury items. No central air, enjoy fresh air. Quiet small town setting, safe for evening walks, early morning runs. Walking distance to two convenience stores, bait, gas, ice cream shop. Other half of duplex occupied by host family. Please no pets, no smoking. There is NO cable or dish service. FireTV downstairs, bedroom TV both are DVD/firestick/ computer ready. Self check-in and out, you have privacy, interact with host only as you desire. Guest access Guests have three private entrances to their side of the duplex- mud room, kitchen, screened porch to front door. Keys provided for all. Guests park roadside in front during winter, off side road in summer; ample room for boats or ATVs on side and back yard. Other things to note Fisherman motif. Supplied: all basic hygiene and cooking items plus blender, outdoor grill, George Foreman grill, crock pot, air fryer, tea kettle, coolers, some spices. Screened porch offers cool night enjoyment in summer, mudroom has space for boots, outer apparel in other seasons. Ample room for tents, boat, RV/ATV, and snowmobile parking on yard. Volunteer fire dept nearby with siren testing Wednesday evenings. Busy corner with state route 37, Stine Rd, Butterfield Lake Rd - local traffic to the lake, busy on weekends with boats, campers, ATVs may be noisy at times.
