Wifi available. Parking is available onsite. Towels are provided. Local area & Tourist Attractions: There is a great choice of activities on offer locally, ranging from golf at Dunmore East Golf Club, tennis at the public courts in the village and horse riding. Things to do in the local area: - The Waterford Greenway: 46km of off-road cycling & walking (bikes can be hired via Waterford Greenway Cycle Tour & Bike Hire – please note bookings must be made in advance) - Waterford City - Amusement Park in Tramore - The Wild Coastline at Hook Head - Passage East & Cheekpoint - Visit the Coves - Dunmore Adventure Centre: Aquapark - The Strand Inn - Dunmore Golf Classic in April - Dungarvan town IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity: For heating and electricity, a €40 charge will be taken at the time of booking. The property manager will read the meter, and any potential outstanding balance will be paid directly to the property manager. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at others, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year, this can increase to €500 per property. 3.
