There’s also a cosy reading room featuring a telescope for stargazing in the Dark Sky Reserve, along with maps, leaflets, and books about the local area. You can even use the provided bat detector to watch bats from the nearby church. The outdoor balcony, accessed from the kitchen, is perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing or even bird watching too! Upon arrival, enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, milk, a bottle of wine and a few items for a snack or your first breakfast. Essentials like bed linen, towels, toiletries, and kitchen necessities are all included. Parking is conveniently located at the foot of the outdoor staircase. Cantref is a peaceful rural parish, ideal for walkers of all levels. Hike to Pen y Fan, the highest point in the Brecon Beacons, or enjoy gentle, scenic walks along the canal towpath into Brecon.
