If needed additional sleeping areas can be added to the room (I have couches that have pull out beds and air mattresses). If you want to get away from busy city life this is the place for you! I have a 3 bed/2 bath house in Pine Island with 2 unused bedrooms (12' x 20') and full bath on the upper level that I would like see used and make extra $ to fund various projects I'm doing with the house and property. I have one cat (inside) and two dogs (mostly outside). And a few horses and cows running around. The house is just off 52 out in the country between Oronoco and Pine Island (I have 30 acres). The other room upstairs is also open to stay in if there is not one else scheduled to stay in it (both rooms are rented out individually). The bathroom upstairs would be shared with whoever is staying in the other spare bedroom. I am a nurse at Mayo Clinic and work 12 hr night shifts. I am very mellow, easy going and easy to get along with. House has central air, woodstove, sauna, washer/dryer, large porch in the front and a deck in the back of the house. I a lot of apple trees, fruit trees and berries during the non-winter months you are welcome to that too! On the main level is the living room, dining room, kitchen, my bathroom and my bedroom. The basement is a separate apartment listed on here Also in the front pasture there is a small one room dilapidated cabin I'm trying to resurrect
