One patio overlooks the large communal swimming pool, set in beautifully maintained gardens. The patio to the rear has a dining table with six chairs. Cruise boats pass the garden wall. There is an excellent bar restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Calas Fonts harbour with its great selection of bars and restaurants is 10 minutes walk away. The space On entering La Gardenia you encounter the beautifully landscaped interior garden and pool. Through the front door of number 38 you will find yourself in the spacious living and dining room. The dining area has a table which seats 6 people, and is continuous with the lounge area, which has a corner sofa, seating 6 adults, TV and DVD player, and a cabinet containing books and DVDs for your use. The kitchen has an openable window, and contains the washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. There is an electric hob and oven, and everything you'll need for a home from home. Along the hall, the master bedroom has a king size bed, together with ample storage space including a large wardrobe, dresser and bedside tables. From the master there are French windows leading out onto the rear patio, with its large table, parasol, and seating for 6 adults. The shower room has a walk in shower, WC and basin, and the bathroom has an in-bath shower, WC and basin, with storage space. Two twin bedrooms look out onto the rear gardens and have wardrobes and bedside tables. The lounge area, and all three bedrooms have large and effective, variable speed ceiling fans, and all windows have new slatted metal shutters, which can be closed and locked, with windows left open, to provide good air circulation. In addition the lounge area and the master bedroom are fitted with air conditioning units. You can spill straight out into the gardens at the front and rear of the apartment, perhaps to barbecue lunch or dinner, and the large and well maintained pool is just a few steps from your front patio, which features a small table and two chairs. There is ample garden furniture to relax on. Please note that, although our apartment can sleep 6 people, our Tourist Licence only allows us to accommodate 4 people, including children at any one time. Our DRIAT Registration Number appears further down the page. Other things to note We can only take bookings that start and end on a Friday, the minimum stay is 7 nights. In addition to our standard cancellation policy, if you can't travel due to government Covid restrictions we will refund any money that you have paid to us.
