The chalet is located 10 minutes from the La Clusaz ski area, Croix-fry-Merdassier, 15 minutes from La Clusaz, 15 minutes from Grand-Bornand, 30 minutes from the old town of Annecy. Ground of chalet classified 3 stars of 38 m2 new state with terrace of 13 m2 understanding a main room with equipped kitchen and a sofa reads in good state, a room of water with shower and TOILET and a room with 2 beds 1 person. Our guests appreciate the accommodation for its calm, its southern exposure and the exceptional view. Linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival on weekly stays.(optional on weekends and short breaks, 10 € / pers) You have the choice to go skiing on a very good road (10mn) free parking or take the free shuttle 1km from the chalet. Non-skiers can go on a walk from the cottage, go to the rink in La Clusaz, in the cinema, the traditional market in Thones or visit the old town of Annecy (30mn) You will also have the opportunity to pick up your milk at the farm (400m) and your bread bakery Manigod. Manigod is a traditional agricultural village nestled in the heart of the Aravis. Ability to provide free cot and high chair. Discount of 10% on all ski rentals.
