Downstairs has another family room with two bedrooms - one with queen bed and twin sofa sleeper couch and another bedroom with queen bed. Full bath, washer and dryer and outside access to yard and firepit area. Quality construction throughout, solid core doors, very comfortable, cozy beds and very quiet and lots of extra space. This property is in an exclusive subdivision and there are neighbors nearby, so no loud parties or large groups please.
