Fast internet and WiFi, smart TV including Netflix. Ethernet connection on request. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking with pots, pans, coffee machine, toaster, hot water boiler, dishes, silverware, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer. Dining table extends to seat up to 10 people. Spacious and bright daylight bathroom with level shower and washing machine/dryer. Enjoy the cool granite floors in summer and floor heating in winter. Other things to note No smoking in the house. Guests that come as tourists are required by the city of Frankfurt to pay a tourism charge of 2 Euro per day and person. A respective registration Form needs to be filled out by the guest. Heating system is heat pump combined with ventilation. Changes to system should only be made by us. Private swimming pool on the grounds is not available for guests. Guests are requested to respect this and are responsible for their own and their childrens' safety.
