Genaur Glyn is set in a unique location within 1 acre of Organic gardens that extends down to the banks of the river Teifi. It is conveniently located on the edge of the pretty University town of Lampeter. Just a few minutes walk to the town centre, shops, supermarkets, pubs and other eateries. This well appointed dorma bungalow consists of two comfortable, spacious double bedrooms. One room has a kingsize bed in and the other has a double bed. Good quality bedding and fluffy towels provided, storage space for clothes and flat screen TV's in both rooms. The entire guest area is all on the ground floor with just 3 steps up to the front door making for easy access. The spacious modern bathroom has a large walk in power shower. There is one step up into the shower area. The kitchen has solid oak cabinets, a built in 5 burner gas hob, a double oven, dishwasher and a larder fridge freezer. The large open plan dining- living room is furnished with 3 comfortable sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed all of which face a large 48" flat screen smart TV with TV channels, BBC I player etc. . There is also a DVD player and a large selection of DVD's to relax and enjoy after a busy day out exploring this beautiful Teifi valley. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 people and views overlooking the extensive gardens and river Teifi, with distant views of open countryside, Pencarreg mountain and native Woodlands. There is free linen, towels and toiletries provided for your convenience during your stay. Also, free Wi Fi throughout the house. Basic store items can be found in the cupboards like salt, pepper, spices, oil, tea and coffee. The Co Op superstore is conveniently situated just around the corner from the house where you can stock up on any other items you might need for your stay. There is free on street parking outside our property and we now also have secure off road parking next to the house as well. You are welcome to explore the garden, where there are various seating areas to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or even a glass of wine. We have created many areas in the gardens specifically to encourage lots of interesting species of birds, bees, insects and small mammals . Our latest creation is a living willow hide on the rivers edge where you can sit discreetly and watch the swans, herons, kingfisher and occassionally otters if you are lucky. Lots of opportunities for wildlife spotting, fishing, local walks and hiking. 20 minutes from the beautiful coastline of Cardigan Bay with miles of coastal paths to explore. In the other direction you have the Cambrian mountains famous for it's red kite centre, Cors Caron and Dolaucothi gold mines and lots more to explore.
