You could sit on the dock and watch the manatees sunbathe and perhaps see a dolphin or two. The second story screened in patio provides a beautiful sunset that you can watch while sharing a cocktail. In the evening, you could enjoy the night breeze on the front patio, stargaze on the open deck by the water or simply unwind with the large flatscreen TV.
