The adjoining casita is 150sqm with 3 bedrooms, 3 bath and an amazing balcony. Seating: A large sofa and chairs are centered around the large fireplace. There is an outdoor dining table for 8 and indoor table for 6. There is a large gas grill and plenty of outdoor furniture. Kitchen: made for entertaining with top quality stove/oven/microwave and artisanal dishes. Bedrooms: colorful and all have en-suite bath and showers. The custom made beds have clever storage to help make your stay uncluttered. Parking: free and plentiful with garage space for 2 cars. There is also a secure bicycle storage. The property: Both houses enjoy complete privacy. You have full access to the embalse and your own bay to swim in. There are fruit trees and an herb garden on the property which you’re free to take from. Guest access Guests have private access to 4 acres immediately next to Luxe resort with their lakefront restaurant and marina. The property has its own bay for swimming and kayaking as well as a dock for sunning or parking your boat. There is also an herb garden, vegetable garden and 100 fruit trees - guests are welcome to use anything they can find. The rental includes two kayaks and the use of a jet-boat (contact for info). There is also a secure bike storage. Other things to note Any parties need to be pre-approved with the owners. We share a quiet zone with our neighbors and specifically Luxe.
