Ideally located between Semur en Auxois (10 km) and Avallon (30km), you will be close to the historical, cultural, natural and heritage sites of the region (Alésia, Flavigny sur Ozerain, Fontenay abbey, Buffon forges, Vézelay basilica , Morvan forest ...). You will find shops such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy at 3km. If you are looking for tranquility with all the necessary comfort, our 71m2 house, located in a quiet street with very little traffic, is made for you. Renovated in 2018 and furnished with new quality furniture, it consists of a ground floor comprising a living room with corner sofa, a dining room, an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.), a bathroom with washing machine. Separate toilets. Upstairs, you will enjoy the comfort of a large master bedroom with a 140 cm bed with neat decoration with wardrobe and a bedroom with 3 single beds (a bunk bed and a single bed that can be converted into a double bed), separate toilets.
