Apartment in the heart of Liepaja. 7 minute’s walk from beach, close to shops, restaurants, family-friendly activities, night clubs. Apartment is located on quiet street in the city center. It has comfortable double bed, table to enjoy coffee or work. There is kitchen for food preparing and garden with picnic spot. There is available extra single bed and baby crib. The space Apartment has comfortable double bed (160 x 200) (about extra beds - read below). Table to enjoy morning coffee or work from laptop. There is small kitchen with fridge, kettle, toaster, stove and tableware to prepare food. In apartment is bathroom with shower. Toilet is located in corridor (it is only for your use). Corridor is common area. In apartment is washing machine where you can wash your clothes. As well you have common garden area - where you can enjoy breakfast or catch sun :) The apartments are located on the first floor, on the second floor we live ourselves and our friendly cats. The house has a common entrance (in pictures - area with green sofa, fireplace). Cats may be in common areas (also outside from building). The fireplace has a decorative function. There is a shared garden with a cozy nook for dining and sunbathing. If you book the place for 3 people, we will provide extra single bed. If you arrive for 1-2 personas, but want to have an extra bed, the reservation must be made for 3 people. A baby cot 120 x 120 is available at an additional cost (subject to availability). Guest access There is common green space what guests can use. Other things to note We live upstairs - so don't bother to communicate with us if you need sugar for coffee, some extra blanket, company or some other thing. There is available bike rent - on appointment. I will great you personally so let me know your arrival time in advance (at least 30 minutes before arrival)
