The space Christmas Bookings Due to the Holiday Season being a Peak Demand time in Orlando, bookings are subject to the following requirements: Bookings are subject to a minimum charge of one week/seven nights. One week bookings may include either Christmas Eve through Boxing Day (the day after Christmas), or New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, but not both. In other words, one week (or less) bookings MUST have an arrival or departure date on December 27th through December 29th. This is done to leave a full week available around the unbooked holiday for other guests to book. Bookings which fail to meet this criteria, regardless of length, will be subject to a minimum charge of two weeks/fourteen nights. In other words, a guest could book only six nights, for example December 26th to January 1st, but would be subject to the minimum fourteen nights charge. (When we say 'fully-equipped' we don't mean to typical vacation home standards [some have just a couple of pots and a few plates], we mean ready for you to prepare and enjoy full meals, including all of the dishware & cutlery you need, plus a full set of acrylics for use on the lanai!) Part of this is due to the fact that we have been able to have a personal hand in every part of the property's interior through the major interior renovation we undertook in 2012.
