Located in the Geopark of Chablais, in Larringes, between lake and mountains, at an altitude of 850 meters, our wood frame accommodation is new and designed with sustainable materials. This independent bright accommodation of 43 m² (+mezzanine 15 m²) is located on the garden floor, next to our family house. A short walk to the Larringes forest, you will enjoy a quiet and rural environment, while being close to the lake or the mountain. ***Non-smoking accommodation *** The space You can enjoy the comfort of a well oriented accommodation that combines chalet spirit and modernity. The main room has an open kitchen with dining room, comfortable and bright living room (with convertible sofa). The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and washer dryer. Separate toilet. The bedroom has a cottage atmosphere, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (new and quality bedding) and a wardrobe. Upstairs, you can enjoy a mezzanine with three beds (ideal for children because the ceiling is quite low): a large, a medium and a mattress of one person. You will have a terrace of 25 m2 well exposed and well equipped (garden furniture, barbecue, two sunbeds) and without vis-à-vis . In summer and October, you can taste the raspberries from the driveway that borders the accommodation. A parking space is reserved for you. Babies are welcome: we put at your disposal all the childcare equipment. Guest access You will have access to all parts of the home. The only common area with us is the courtyard where you will park your car.
