We have comfortably furnished apartments that can accommodate up to ten people. Some of our apartments have their own sauna. Our house is located in the center of Königsleiten in close proximity to the ski lifts and shopping. With strapped skis from the slope to the front door: From our house it is only 250 meters to the gondola of the legendary ski area of the "Zillertal Arena" with 160 km of slopes and over 50 modern lifts. The space Our apartments on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor are about 86m² or, with sauna, 90m² in size. Each has two bedrooms with double bed (180x200cm) and one bedroom with double and bunk bed. The living room with pull-out couch easily becomes the 4th bedroom thanks to the sliding door. A cozy kitchen with corner bench and two bathrooms with shower and toilet are also included. Sleeping and living rooms all have cable TV and internet access. The spacious kitchens are also well equipped for large families or groups: In addition to the generous basic equipment, there is a dishwasher as well as coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more. Here everyone can end the day together before the fire in the Swedish oven. During the day you can also simply enjoy the fresh mountain air in the sun lounger – all apartments have a balcony or terrace facing southwest.
