Private suite w/ 1-acre lawn for playing & relaxing in a family-friendly safe neighborhood. The space is the 2 floors above the garage w/ own entrance,2 bedrooms, loft with 3 beds,1 bathroom, living room, kitchenette, use of grill & firepit in yard (shared outdoor space). We live in the main house, which separates the Family Suite from the Fun Suite. Both Family & Fun Suite (which has a pool table) can be rented together. You are looking at the Family Suite. Note: The hot water issue is fixed! The space You will be 2 minutes drive or 10 minute walk from town and the pools, but have a quiet space to come back to. The one acre lot has badminton and volleyball, croquet, a gas barbecue, fire pit for your use. Roast marshmallows over the fire after a fun day at the water-park or soaking in the hot pools. Guest access You will have a private entrance to the Family Suite and access to the shared outdoor space which includes lawn games, fire pit and gas barbecue. Other things to note Please be aware that we are in a residential neighborhood and loud noise/partying is not allowed after 10pm.
