The space The flat is the perfect solution for your stay in Madrid: a calm area, close to the centre, which offers a full range of amenities. It is at the 10º floor (with elevator) which makes the flat super bright. It is fully equipped and counts with an intimate living room with a doble sofa bed, a kitchen, an elegant bedroom and a bathroom. The living room, modern and cozy, counts with a comfortable sofa (Doble sofa bed), a precious dining table and some nice windows from where you can see the Madrid skyline. The apartment offers a fast working WIFI, A/C, independent heating system and all the amenities you might need during your stay: towels, sheets, shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer, iron and our friendly city maps-guide. Guest access I provide you with an friendly guide that I have made with the "Must to see" so you can discover the authentic side of Madrid: you’ll find my favourite spots and some hidden gems that tourists do not usually find.
