Stay in a quiet country neighborhood in a comfortable older home on a small farm near Falls Lake, Wake Forest, Durham, and Raleigh. This home has a large living room and a well equipped kitchen. Enjoy farm fresh eggs, a screened front porch, and fenced back yard. You may bring your healthy and well behaved pets and even your horse. There is a fee for pets. The space This is a charming and quirky older home with character in a beautiful, rural setting. If you do not mind floors that are not perfectly level and are not looking for an architectural masterpiece then this may be the place for you! The washer and dryer are in a functional but not luxurious basement. There is a gate to the property that you will need to open and close when you drive through. Guest access The entire home, a large fenced yard, and the main yard are available for guest's use. Other things to note While we do accept one or two pets, we require, for the safety of other animals on the farm and the safety of future guests, that our canine and feline guests are spayed and neutered, that they are on flea and tick prevention, and that they have up-to-date vaccinations. We have a six person maximum for the duration of your stay. This includes adults and children. Please do not reserve your stay if you plan to have more than six people on the farm for any reason at any time. We do ask for the full name and age of each guest as well as contact information for all guests over the age of 18. Guests traveling with a horse (or two) must contact the host to make special arrangements.
