Situated in the area of ​​the largest archaeological park in Europe and close to the natural reserve of the River Belice, our house is ideal for families who love the sea, the free beaches and want to enjoy a holiday in total relaxation. Facing the sea and positioned in the center of Marinella di Selinunte, it has close to all services (drugstores, medical guard, supermarket, equipped beaches, restaurants, pubs). The house is composed by a first floor with kitchen, wc and living room overlooking a large terrace where you can relax, read, sunbathe and prepare a barbecue for lunch or dinner. On the top floor there are a large double bedroom with balcony and sea view and another room with two beds and a bathrooms. There is also a small attic with other 2 beds if necessary. There is a separate ground floor flat used occasionally by the owners, rarely present.
