Beautiful 3 bed detached villa with private pool with lovely views to enjoy from every window located in the small town of Esperaza in the Aude Valley. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, a spacious lounge and dining area and a garage. The pool area is well maintained and it is surrounded by lush plants and there is also a selection of olive trees and fruit trees all around the villa. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the utility room. A TV and Internet access is also provided for our guests convenience. Esperaza has everything that you would need for your stay with a number of restaurants to choose from, a famous market each Sunday and local shops and supermarket as well as an award winning bakery to enjoy lovely croissants. We are 35 minutes from Carcasonne and an hour and 15 minutes from Toulouse with a number of small towns, villages and small wine producers to visit along the way. The historic Rennes Le Chateau as featured in Dan Browns Da Vinci Code is very close and the Mediterranean beaches in one direction or ski-ing in the Pyrenees in the other are both an hour's drive away. There are lovely walks along the river or cherry tree lined paths and there are also a couple of bikes in the garage for you to use to explore the charming countryside and a number of local wine producers very close by.
