Ideally located, this house is located close to and above the river Ardeche. It includes a large living room/kitchen which open to the countryside via a large bay window, a mezzanine (1.50 m high)with two beds, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The owners live in a separate building located 15 meters from the house. There a magnificent views of the Ardeche and easy access to the river for bathing is a few minutes away. You can pick rosemary, sage and thyme in the garden! The accommodation is unsuitable for young children. The owner lives on the site. If you want to go down the Ardèche by canoe, consider renting from Saint Martin, (Patou boat 06 50 84 31 06 or the bridge boats 04 75 04 60 85) this will save you 70 km by car...!
