The Guest House is completely renovated and restored with new fixtures and furnished with Mid-Century Antiques and Art. This upscale accommodation has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The Guest House at Ten Horse Farm sleeps 4 comfortably, up to 6 people maximum. It features a fully equipped kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast room, living/dining room, utility room with a washer & dryer, outdoor dining terrace, WiFi and two TVs. The grounds are open and spacious with pastoral views. The Guest House is surrounded by a private wildlife refuge where Wild Deer, Turkey and Quail roam. The farm uses no synthetic insecticides which affords an abundance of native insects which attracts a diversity of seasonal and migratory birds. Visit Silver Lake Wildlife Management Area, an 8,397-acre tract of land that is open to the public for hunting, fishing, camping and outdoor recreation, less than 15 minutes away. Take a driving tour of the historic district of Bainbridge where some of the finest examples of Southern Architecture can be found. Attend the Swamp Gravy Theater at Cotton Hall Theatre in Colquitt, 15 minutes to the North, the Birdsong Nature Preserve and Pebble Hill Plantation in Thomasville, only 50 minutes East. Visit several historic sites in Tallahassee, FL such as the Goodwood Museum & Gardens, Mission San Luis and the exciting Zip Line Treetop Adventure at the Tallahassee Museum, all only 50 minutes to the South. Day trip to the Gulf Coast, only 1-1/2 hours to the South. On the way, visit Wakulla Springs, FL and take a guided wildlife tour by boat along the Wakulla River. Guest access The Guest House is accessed by a quarter mile long private driveway. Entry to the accommodations is provided by a Push Button Locking System. Code to the Locking System is provided after reservation is completed and a few days before arrival. There is more than ample parking area for cars, trucks and boats with plenty of room to play with your pet in the spacious back yard. Other things to note FREE high speed internet (WIFI), linen and bath towels and two TVs are provided. Note that there is a $25 pet fee for each pet.
