My lake house is closed for remodel. Please check back. The space Enjoy swimming & fishing from your own private dock, or rowing around the lake in my cute untippable Livingston boat! You'll have gorgeous views of the lake from every bedroom, a sunny patio and a cozy propane firepit to gather around in the evenings. Your kids will love my HUGE magical playhouse! **The layout: This is a 3-story home. The main level is an open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room, plus an office/laundry room and a bathroom. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a door leading out to a well-kept lawn and 60' of private access to the lake and your own private dock. Upstairs is the master bedroom and master bathroom. ALL the bedrooms have a view of the lake, and the two queen beds are raised up high so you can see the lake from your bed! There is a foldout couch in the living room that sleeps 2, and another foldout twin couch in the den that sleeps 1. There is also a pack-n-play stored in the third bedroom. I personally enjoy cooking so I have outfitted a well-stocked kitchen, including a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, an electric hot water kettle, a Cuisinart food processor, a microwave, a toaster, a waffle maker, panini griller, a blender and a toaster oven. I have an outdoor Weber propane grill, a propane firepit, high-speed internet, and board games/puzzles for the family. I have a 40" Smart TV located in the den*, a DVD player and over 200 DVD's to choose from (*the TV and DVD player in the den, NOT in the living room or any of the bedrooms). There is NO CABLE in this rental but the Smart TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, etc. The boat: There is a cute Livingston boat to row around the lake, and life jackets for your safety. I do not provide fishing supplies so bring your fishing gear if you'd like to do some fishing! NOTE: There are stairs down to this home as well as inside the home. Everyone in your group must be able to comfortably navigate stairs to enjoy this home! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property during their stay. There are no shared spaces with other guests. **Check-in and check-out times are STRICT; no exceptions will be made for early check-in or late check-out as it takes the entire day between guests to thoroughly clean and disinfect the 3-story house from top to bottom. Please do not request early check-in or late check-out, and do not show up early for your reservation. Other things to note The Lake House is located on secluded Lake Howard. Lake Howard is the second smallest of the 7 Lakes district in Warm Beach/Stanwood. It's a quiet, serene lake with primarily year round residents. There are no gas-powered motors allowed on Lake Howard. If you are looking for a truly peaceful and restorative vacation, The Lake House is for you!
