Just 18km to the beautiful town of Josselin with its busy Saturday market and selection of bars and restaurants, and a beautiful chateau beside the Nantes-Brest canal. 22km to the Lac au Duc with water sports, swimming beach, golf course and spa. Further afield the sandy beaches of the south coast make a great day trip being a70-90 minute drive away or the north coast area around Erquy is also a 70 minute drive. The cottage is built of local stone with original beams. Downstairs is an open plan lounge/dining-room/kitchen. Comfy sofas and dining table for six. Well equipped kitchen area with gas cooker, four burner hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils. Washing machine and clothes-airer, iron and ironing board. TV with English satellite channels, DVD player and CD player with USB input. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. Crisp white bed linen with lightweight duvets. Bathroom with shower enclosure, sink and heated towel rail. Fluffy towels provided for each guest. Separate toilet.
