Come stay in a relaxing, spacious and bright, 500 square ft studio. Choose to hang out by our beautiful koi pond and hand-feed our koi, chill by our outdoor fireplace next to the waterfall, or head to town for adventure! The Bunkhouse is on a tranquil 1/2 mile gravel road, just 8 miles to downtown Asheville, the River Arts District, and Riverside Drive, where there is river access, walking trails, UNCA Botanical Gardens, outdoor eateries, music venues, and much more! The space This newly-built guest studio features a 9 ft pool table, vaulted ceiling, relaxing sleeping loft, full bathroom with tub, studio-sized kitchen, and tons of natural light. It has a small private deck with use of our larger lounging deck. The Bunkhouse has french doors, just steps away from our outdoor fireplace and koi pond with waterfall. Our 5th rescue dog, Rebel, may be wandering the yard hoping to be pet! Please enjoy him outside, as pets are not allowed in the Bunkhouse. Guest access The Bunkhouse is physically attached to our home, but it has a separate entrance through our yard, that's accessible from a walking path along the koi pond. The Bunkhouse has it's own private deck, and you'll have access to our yard with the koi pond and our deck space with the outdoor fireplace. Other things to note We are approximately 4-5 miles from the nearest gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and many other conveniences.
