The villa is in a very quiet subdivision,outside the tourist area, so please be reasonable for the noise generated in the pool and in the evening on the terrace. The space parking 2 cars on the driveway of the garage, closed by a gate. And free parking is available in front of the house. Guest access you have access to the entire property. Other things to note bed linen is provided ,as well as some essentials (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid). Towels are not provided. Due to organisational reasons,the rental is from Saturday to Saturday. No cleaning fee, the villa must be returned as clean as on your arrival.
