The apartment is on the ground floor, parking is provided. In the apartment there is a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room, a bedroom and a small cozy balcony terrace with shutters as a privacy screen. Small animals are allowed in the apartment. There is a good bus connection, as there is a bus stop approx. 100m away and from there a bus leaves for Trier city center every 10 minutes.
