Minutes from Olcott Beach, Lake view shoppes, the Olcott Carousel, Krull park and Pirates fest. 30 mile scenic trip to Niagara Falls. Fire pit outside to relax and enjoy the view. ALL the comforts of home! The space Enjoy a fire pit to roast marshmallows and private stairs that lead right to the lake to fish or swim. The water off the break wall is about 4-5’ deep. The break wall is directly at the bottom of the stairs going to the water. Please note, this is not a beach house. There is not a beach before the water. A gas grill is also available! There is a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups. Walking distance to Black Willow Winery and minutes from Schultz Winery as well as several other establishments. The house is approx. 1,200 square feet. It is not huge, but it is quaint and comfortable. The back yard is fenced in. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are build right into a alarm system for safety. Firewood is not provided. I only allow people coming in from out of town to book. Unfortunately people in the area who have booked have invited friends and family over for big parties and disturbed the neighbors. Off street parking is not available and the parking spot across the street is not mine. Please do not park there, it is the neighbors. The family room has a Roku TV along with the master bedroom and bedroom #3. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and Roku Bedroom 2 features a twin bed and bedroom 3 features a twin trundle bed. It also has a Roku TV. Fans are available and window ac units are in each bedroom. There is also one in the kitchen window, however because the window is so small it is not a huge unit, but it helps. Complimentary hygiene items available such at shampoo, body wash, soap, lotion, tooth paste and tooth brushes. We all know that is a pain to pack! Limit of one small dog. Must be approved first please. If you are coming to enjoy the fishing please note that fish are not to be cleaned or stored in the house.
