The house is located in the village of Valdesimonte, in an old building used as a barn for sheep, built in the year 42 and restored in 2,016. Rehab has been carried out while maintaining the rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood, boiled mud in solids and tiles (handmade and painted in craft workshops). On the other hand, our deep respect and commitment to the planet has led us to use geothermia as an energy method that allows us to obtain hot water, heating and cooling through radiant floors throughout the house, in order to achieve a sustainable balance with the environment. The accommodation retains the essence of our ancestors, and has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and comfortable stay. La Fuente del Pinar is fully rented and totally independent.
