There is also an additional large family bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and basin). The large living area contains WiFi, satellite TV, BluRay, DVD, CD, comfortable sofas and a dining table for 10 people. The modern, open plan kitchen has electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all you will need to cook comfortably. The large garden is nicely set out and great for families. There is a decking area and outdoor tables, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue. Montalivet-Les-Bains village centre with its famous market, shops and numerous restaurants is a short distance along one of the many cycle paths / footpaths on the edge of the forest. The quiet sandy beach is an easy walk beside the forest.
