Comfortably appointed Gite within a renovated 18th Century stone Mas, with Ivy clad walls. Mas Grandiflora is just 10 minutes from Perpignan International airport within the historic village of Espira de L'Agly. Encircled by lush gardens it is a gardeners delight with a large Magnolia Grandiflora, Hibiscus, Bougainvillea, Datura, grape vines and orange and lemon tress. The shared pool (open May to September) is private but has a view of the 12th Century bell tower and village Church. La Bougainvillea has 2 bedrooms. ( sleeps 2-5) One is on the ground floor sleeping 2-3 people using a double bed and a single bed and opens up onto the terrace. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and wash hand basin. The stairs lead to the first floor living/ dining area, kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. We also have 2 other Gites on the premises. La Petite Maison sleeps 2, L'Hibiscus sleeps 2 adults and 2 small children sharing a sofa bed.
